From the very onset of my disease, I knew Dr. Richard, through this program, would be giving me the best possible care.  At the first office visit she assured me she would be there for me.  When she called me to inform me the biopsy was indeed cancer, through her program, she told me she and Joanne would come to my home, to explain all my options and go through the entire procedure and treatment options.  Even at the hospital, when the biopsy was performed, when I stated my family doctor was Dr. Richard, the response was "she will take good care of you."  And she did. She told me I could call her anytime, day or night if there was a problem with which I needed help. Having her home phone number and cell phone in large print on my bedside table gave me a great sense of peace and lessened my anxieties. My treatments are not completed as yet, but I know that I can call anytime that I may have a concern.
